Our Policies
Inorder to be respectful of our clients time our policies are as follows.
New Clients
All new clients must provice a credit card number or deposit to secure the booking. This can be provided through our online booking link, or via e-transfer. If this information is not provided in the time alotted the appointment will be canceled.
Cancelation Policy
Please note that Maison Fritz opperates on a 48 hour cancelation policy. If clients do not provide 48 hours notice when cancelling/rescheduling the appointment may be subject to a cancelation fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice be charged 50% of the service booked, and no shows or same day cancelations will be charged for 100% of the service booked.
We reserve your appointment times specifically for you and understand that things can happen; however, Maison Frits has clients on a waiting list and less than 48 hours notice does not give the salon adequate time to fill that spot.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate your service. This can result in a change of service, however you will be charged for the appointment booked.
Try and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Deposits
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. If you wish to reschedule your appointment please follow the cancelation policy to avoid any penalties. If you leave a deposit and you do not provide adequate notice, or do not show up, you will loose your deposit.
Product Policies

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once the purchase has been completed. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.

There are NO REFUNDS on any deposits and/or services. No exceptions.
