Last minute changes, cancellations and no shows affect the livelihood of our stylists and esthestians. 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. With less then 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of this service. By providing us with your credit card information, you authorize Maison Fritz, Stoney Creek, the above stated charges. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours in advance of your service. *48 hours for group bookings *2 weeks for weddings.
